Trails

Begin running East on Mitchell Road.  Link with Miwok Tral on Left.  Left on Miwok Trail. Left on Old Springs to Tennessee Valley. Continue on Miwok Trail. Left on Old Springs Trail to Tennessee Valley.  Left on Tennessee Valley Road.  Left on Coastal Trail and climb Wolfback Ridge.  Right and descend Coastal Trail to Beach.
