Muir Beach Parking Lot

Plenty of parking in the morning, but it will fill up by noon.

Route: Run to  Hwy 1 and take left. Meet Redwood Creek Trail near intersection of Hwy 1 and Frank's Valley Road and run about a mile.  Take left and cross Frank's Valley Road, cross footbridge, then continue across field.  Look for Heather Cut-off Trail on the left. Right on Coastal View. Left on Old Mine Trail to Pantol Station.  Cross Panoramic Hwy and veer left on Matt Davis Trail, dropping down into Stinson Beach. Left on Hwy 1. Left on Dipsea Trail. Right on Old Mine Trail. Left on Coastal View Trail, then run back to beach via Redwood Creek Trail and Hwy 1.
