Plenty of parking in the morning, but it will fill up by noon.
Trails
Route: run to Hwy 1 and take left. Meet Redwood Creek Trail near intersection of Hwy 1 and Frank's Valley Road and run about a mile. Take left and cross Frank's Valley Road, cross footbridge, then continue across field. Look for Heather Cut-off Trail on the left. Right on Coastal View. Left on Old Mine Fire Trail to Pantol Station. Reverse route and run back to beach.
