Start on Miwok Trail.  Left on Miwok Cutoff Trail. Left on Miwok Fire Road .  Cross Hwy 1 and continue on Miwok Trail.  Slight right on Miwok near Dias Ridge. Right on Redwood Creek Trail.  Cross Muir Woods Road. Continue on Deer Park Fire Road.  Link with Dipsea.  Climb to Pantol Station.  Return down Old Mine Trail.  Right on Coastal View Trail. Left on Heather Cutoff Trail.   Cross Muir Woods Road.  Right on Redwood Creek Trail .   Cross Hyw 1 and continue towards Muir Beach.  Link with Coastal Fire Road near Pelican Inn.  Continue towards ocean.  Right on Pirate's Cove.  Right on Coastal Fire Road.  Left on Tennessee Valley Road and run to the finish.
