Plenty of parking in the morning, but it will fill up by noon.
Trails
Route: Run to Hwy 1 and take left. Meet Redwood Creek Trail near intersection of Hwy 1 and Frank's Valley Road and run about a mile. Take left and cross Frank's Valley Road, cross footbridge, then continue across field. Look for Heather Cut-off Trail on the left. Right on Coastal View Trail. Left on Old Mine Trail to Pantol Station. Continue on Alpine Trail. Right on BootjackTrail. Then quick Left on Troop 80 Trail. Left on Alice Eastwood Road to Mountain Home parking area. Cross Panoramic Hwy. Continue up Hogback, past fire station. Left on Matt Davis Trail and run back to Pantol Station. Continue on Old Mine Trail. Reverse route at Coastal View Trail and run back to beach.
