Plenty of parking in the morning, but it will fill up by noon.
Trails
Route: Run to Hwy 1 and take left. Meet Redwood Creek Trail near intersection of Hwy 1 and Frank's Valley Road and run about a mile. Take left and cross Frank's Valley Road, cross footbridge, then continue across field. Look for Heather Cut-off Trail on the left. Right on Coastal View. Left on Old Mine to Pantol Station. Continue on Alpine Trail. Right on Bootjack. Then quick Left on Troop 80. Left on Alice Eastwood Road to Mountain Home parking area. Continue on Panoramic Trail. Right on Redwood Trail past Tourist Club. Continue on Sun Trail. Right on Dipsea. Cross Muir Woods Road, continue on Dipsea. Cross through Muir Woods parking and continue on Dipsea Trail. Left on Deer Park Fire Road. Cross Franks Valley Road and continue on Redwood Trail, then run back to beach.
