Muir Beach Parking Lot

Plenty of parking in the morning, but it will fill up by noon.

Route: Run to  Hwy 1 and take left.  Meet Redwood Creek Trail near intersection of Hwy 1 and Frank's Valley Road and run about a mile.  Take left and cross Frank's Valley Road, cross footbridge, then continue across field.  Look for Heather Cut-off Trail on the left. Right on Coastal View.  Left on Dipsea Trail. Right on Steep Ravine. Right on Old Mine, near Pantol Station.  Reverse route at Coastal View and run back to beach.
